Dr. Lindsay Medford-Fazio was born in the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Dr. Medford-Fazio holds a B.A. (Honors) in Literature from Lynn University, a M.A. in Literature from Florida Atlantic University and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lynn University. Dr. Medford-Fazio’s doctoral dissertation focused on pedagogical content knowledge in the English Language Arts. She has taught writing and Literature at Lynn University, Florida Atlantic University and at United International College. She holds a Harvard certification in Rhetoric and public speaking and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through Cornell University. She is working on creating a pedagogical content knowledge model for ELA and has several articles under review for publication regarding the same. She is a practicing Christian and an active member of her church. She is also a member of the distinguished honors society for educators, Kappa Delta Pi. Dr. Medford-Fazio resides in Boca Raton with her husband Paul and their three children.
