Re’Onshay Williams, a native of Central Florida, holds a Master’s in Education from Saint Leo University, with a focus on instructional leadership and reading. She also holds a Florida teaching certificate in Exceptional Education K-12, a TEFL/TESL certification, and a Clinical Educator certification, reflecting her dedication to mentoring and professional development in education.

Re’Onshay’s teaching journey began in her hometown at her alma mater high school, where she first discovered her passion for shaping young minds. She later expanded her horizons by teaching English in Guangzhou, China. After returning to the U.S. during the pandemic, she relocated to South Florida, where she currently teaches 4th Grade Accelerated Math and serves as an adjunct professor at South Florida Bible College & Theological Seminary (SFBC&TS).

In addition to her teaching roles, Re’Onshay is the founder of Youth Matter Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children through tutoring, book clubs, and community service initiatives. Her dedication to education and community engagement drives her mission to make a lasting impact on the lives of her students.

Outside of teaching, Re’Onshay enjoys painting, fishing, and spending time with her dog. She also loves contributing to her community and supporting initiatives that help children and families thrive
