April 1^st	Registration begins
July 1^st	Priority Application Deadline – Domestic students are exempt from paying the $50 orientation fee if they submit all application materials by this date. International students must submit all materials by this date to be considered for admission.
July 12^th	Application Deadline for Domestic Students
August 10^th	Payment Plan Due Date: First installment due for students enrolled in the Tuition and Fees payment plan. (Late fee assessed if first payment is not met by this date).
August 12^th	New Student Orientation – EAP
August 13^th	New Student Orientation – College & Seminary
August 14^th	New Student Orientation – College Academy
August 18^th	CLASSES BEGIN
August 18^th	Convocation
August 22^nd	Last day at 5pm to drop/add courses without incurring financial liability for tuition and fees; $100 late registration fee after this date.
September 1^st	Labor Day – No classes and offices are closed
September 12^th	Last day to do a complete withdrawal and receive a 25% tuition adjustment
September 12^th	Cancellation of Enrollment for unpaid Tuition and Fee balances not covered by Payment Plan, scholarship, or another award.
September 15^th	Last day to apply for graduation
September 18^th	Ministry and Career Fair
September 24^th – 26^th	40 Year Anniversary Celebration
October 18^th	SFBC Annual BBQ Fellowship
November 9^th	Last day to withdraw from a course
November 11^th	Veteran’s Day – No classes and offices are closed
November 21^st	Last day to submit master’s thesis or doctoral dissertation
November 26^rd – 30^th	Thanksgiving Break – No classes and offices are closed
December 5^th	LAST DAY OF CLASSES
December 12^th	Grades due in Registrar’s Office, 9 a.m.
December 19^th	Grades available to students
December 22^nd – January 4^th	Winter Break – Offices are closed

June 12^th	Last day to withdraw from a course for Summer B
