Rick Lyons is currently the principal of an engineering services company and he and his wife Cindy have served in the professional and lay ministry in the South Florida area for more than 25 years. He is trained in the discipline of Continental Philosophy and has a special interest in the effects of post modernity on theology and the practice of religion.

Rick enjoys writing and presenting small-group studies on popular topics, such as the personal application of faith, viable theistic belief within a technical and scientific world, and the role of Christian narrative in the current culture. He is currently editing a book for publication and maintaining the blog faithfordummies.org.

Rick is a member of The Society of Christian Philosophers.
